Hi, I’m Victoria Canham.
As an ICF Certified Professional Coach and an Accredited Mediator, I offer high-end, bespoke coaching for new business owners, who are looking to launch, scale and grow.
Having owned my own businesses for a number of years, I understand the daily pressures and challenges that business owners face every single day. I have tried so many different angles and been through an awful lot of trial and error building my businesses and my aim is to make sure you avoid making the same mistakes and get to the successes more quickly.
Leveraging my 20+ years of experience in my own business offering change management and learning and development services to large corporates in the UK, I help business owners create a solid foundation within their businesses to help them reach their next level of success. But I also care deeply for my clients as a whole individual and will ensure that you, the entrepreneur, are thriving so that your business can too.
I have spent years working with entrepreneurs all over the world, to build the businesses and lives they’ve been dreaming of.
When I’m not busy helping people create more impact through mastering entrepreneurship, you will find me hanging out with friends for dinner, watching rugby at all levels, and training hard at the kickboxing gym.
I am a Certified Professional Coach. My field of expertise is -coaching ambitious individuals who are ready to reignite their passion for life by reconnecting them with their purpose. We work together to maximise their potential by achieving goals in all areas of their professional and private lives.
Leveraging my 20 years of experience in leadership and communication, I help professionals, executives, and business owners master their interpersonal skills, productivity, and team building know-how to help them reach their next level of success.
I obtained my qualification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a training body accredited by the International Coach Federation. In addition, I am also a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
I have spent years working with both men and women in countries all over the world, sharing my intimate knowledge of high performance, teaching them how to speak with power and purpose so my clients can either achieve the promotion they desire or build the business they’ve been dreaming of.
